Rental Description

Two story spacious chalet with five separate sleeping areas. Close to Lake Tahoe and several popular ski resorts. Heavenly Valley Ski Resort 10 minute drive. The home is very comfortable and cozy with large rock fireplace. Firewood is furnished. The home is a fifteen minute drive to Casinos at the Nevada/California State line. Several terniment Golf courses located in the area. Beautiful hiking trails, horse back riding, Boat Rentals, Dinner Cruises.Swimming/fishing. River Rafting. California's favorite vacation paradise. Pets allowed with exta fee & deposit. Smoking outside please!
